Delinquent Land Tax Notice

Ohio Revised Code Section 5721.03 makes in mandatory to publish the follwing list of the delinquent real property and manufactured home taxes in a newspaper of general circulation with the county.
The names contained on the list below are the current owners of record in the Portage County Auditor's Office. The lands, lots, and parts of lots returned delinquent by the Treasurer of Portage County, with the taxes, assessments, and penalties charged thereupon agreeably to law are contained and described in the following list.
Payment of delinquent taxes may have been made during the time from the preparation of this report to the date of its publication.
