At our office you will find current parcel maps, as well as our archives, survey records and other resources for surveyors and those interested in land information.

The Tax Map Department assigns addresses for new builds in the Townships and all of the Villages except Mogadore.  If you need an address for your parcel, you can come in to our office in person, OR please send an email to Leslie at lfroelich@portageco.com and include with the request:  the parcel number, your name, your phone number and your current mailing address for our records.  If your parcel is physically located in the City of Aurora, City of Kent, City of Ravenna, City of Streetsboro, or the Village of Mogadore, please contact those entities for your new address.  Thank you!
