Park Rx Summer Series!
Our partners from University Hospital will share the types and benefits of common herbs. We will discuss health-promoting properties, growing your own, substituting herbs for salt, high blood pressure, farm markets and we will share some recipes in which you can use your new knowledge of herbs!
