Academic Support – provides tools, equipment, materials, and uniforms (up to $500 per academic year) to school-age children in grades 9 – 12 participating in career/technical education programs.
Please provide verification of all sources of household income (unless enrolled in SNAP/OWF), birth certificates, and Social Security numbers for all household members. Also provide any applicable invoices.
