Re-Entry Program

We Believe in Second Chances!

OhioMeansJobs Portage County wants to do our part in assisting the justice-involved population with needed resources and support as they successfully transition back into their community and ultimately employment. To better serve these individuals, OMJPC offers a Re-entry team whose focus is to help individuals navigate through their challenges and move toward self-sufficiency. This team participates in re-entry fairs, monthly video conferences with future-released inmates and the hosting of monthly Citizen Circle meetings -- all aimed to provide a network of support and acceptance to this population.
