Basic Needs

Basic Needs – provides payment in the form of $300 per eligibility family plus $50 more per additional minor child after the first, to be used for family basic needs like formula, diapers, clothing, etc. 

Please provide verification of all sources of household income (unless enrolled in SNAP/OWF), birth certificates, and Social Security numbers for all household members.
