Portage County Common Pleas Jury Information
All jurors are selected by number. Your juror number may be found by your name on all forms.
Please be sure to personally complete and return the juror questionnaire in a timely manner. Do not have someone else complete your questionnaire. The completed questionnaire is the only form that needs to be returned.
Jury service is for a two week period. You may serve two or three times during your period of service, or you may not be called at all. It is required that you phone the Court every evening after 4:00 p.m. to hear instructions for the following day, unless otherwise instructed by the recording. Instructions may include which jurors are required to report and the location to report to.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your COMMON PLEAS jury service, please call 330‑297‑3859 (this number is for Common Pleas Jury only) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to speak to the Deputy Jury Commissioner.
