For project application and permit submittal by property owners, architects, and engineers use the email submittal link below:

Permits shall be pulled for the following reasons:

  • New sewer/water laterals (Residential or Commercial)
  • Disconnect or Reconnect sewer/water laterals for buildings (stops billing on an account)
  • Change of Owner/Use on existing connection - (Commercial Use only)
  • Repairs of laterals on outside of buildings for sewer/water
  • Grease Interceptor installation/repair
  • Seasonal Hydrant Meter Usage for construction and temporary use (during non-winter months only)

All permits pulled shall have inspection by the Water Resources Department within a specified time limit, see expiration dates on permits.

Residential Accounts shall call the billing office 330-297-3672 to switch the sewer/water account into their name or to schedule any final meter reads of an address.  No permit is required.
