Reserve a Park Facility
Parks areas, trails and facilities can be reserved for special occasions and uses. There is currently no charge, however special conditions may apply. The Park District Rules and Regulations apply unless special written permission is granted.
To request reservations for a specific use of a park facility or trail, please download, complete, and return the form by mail or email.

Geocaching Permit
Please read the park policy on geocaching and submit a geocache permit to be reviewed and approved before placing geocaches on Portage Park District property. Geocaches placed without a permit or in violation of the park policy are subject to removal.
Education and Scientific Use Permits
The Park District partners with area schools and universities on a variety of service learning and research projects to enhance our understanding and management of park properties while providing opportunities for student engagement and learning.
