FrogWatch USA is a national citizen science program designed to train volunteers to observe local frog and toad species. Joining Portage Park District’s chapter means you can help collect data and monitor the health of our amphibious populations. No experience required – just a love of frogs and toads!
Kids are welcome and encouraged to participate but please note this training is 2.5-3 hours long.
Past volunteers are welcome to attend to refresh the information.
This session will be held via Zoom and is for those interested in volunteering but unable to attend the in-person event. You will receive the link the day before the event.
