Kim Plough with the Portage County Health District will be lead us in a relaxing yoga practice to end the day. All experience levels are welcome to join us for this invigorating combination of Vinyasa flow stretching and breathing techniques to help you relax and prepare for a great night’s sleep.
We will be outside in the grass and there is plenty of room to social distance. Please bring your own yoga mat.
