3-foot "Hike"

Sometimes the most exciting natural phenomena are discovered in the smallest areas! 
Bring your curiosity and keen observational skills as you explore short distances with our park staff. Prepare to be amazed at how much life and ecological drama can be packed into small 3-foot patches of land!

Explorers of all ages are encouraged to attend - sitting, kneeling, or crawling on the ground will be encouraged, but is not required to enjoy this program! You are even welcome to bring your own chair to use while you observe.
