Full Sensory Awareness Hike

Special guests Jen Wykoff, Michelle Kennedy, and Jason Venner will lead us on a walk through Towner's Woods with a special focus on breath work, mindfulness, and using all of our senses to connect with nature. Be sure to bring a yoga mat or blanket for the seated portions as we will be on the ground. To end the hike, we will also have a tea ceremony with a light snack such as fruit, nuts, or trail mix. If there are any allergy issues, please let me know.
Jason Venner is a professional Forest Therapy Guide and certified in wilderness first aid. Although we do not anticipate any issues, he is asking that participants sign a hold harmless agreement which will be provided to you when we arrive at the event.
