Garlic Mustard Battle

Put on your Citizen Scientist hat and join us in removing Garlic Mustard from Shaw Woods. Garlic mustard is an extremely invasive and destructive plant that threatens the biodiversity of our native habitats. Luckily, it is easy to remove and with a group effort a large impact can be made in our parks. This year we are competing with our neighboring park districts to see who can remove the most of this invasive! Help us come out on top while helping our local ecosystems. 

Participants should dress for being in the woods and wear insect repellent.
